First there was a recruiter screen, then a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. We talked about my experience, how I behave, and if I'm a good fit. It started with asking why I was looking for a new role and what I knew about the company, then moved to questions more specific to the job.

I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone, but it turned out we weren't a good fit. I received an email later saying that after multiple attempts to follow up with the recruiter, it was confirmed that it wasn't the right fit. If I had moved forward, I believe they mentioned it would have been a panel interview, but I never got that far.

Applied online and then heard from the recruiter about 3 days later. The hiring manager interview was about 2.5 weeks after that, and I had to follow up to get it scheduled. Then, there was a panel interview another 2.5 weeks later with 4 other people. The company seems okay, but the interviewers seemed stressed. They asked me the same questions multiple times. Some interviewers seemed new to this and just fired off questions one after another. I got a generic rejection email 2 weeks later. It would have been more respectful to call rather than send an automated email after taking up 6-7 hours of my time.
