I applied through LinkedIn and the hiring process had 4 rounds. First was a cognitive assessment and behaviour test. Then a technical discussion/interview. After that, there was a ground discussion. Finally, an HR discussion. The interview lasted about an hour. They really focused on the skills I listed on my resume and asked questions about my projects. They also asked questions about my resume from start to finish. The skills I mentioned were python, java, django, bootstrap, html, css, javascript, mongo db, numpy, pandas, and matplotlib, and they covered all these topics within that hour. The interview went really well and was a positive experience.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and then a recruiter emailed me about taking aptitude and behavioral tests. It's a good idea to practice the aptitude test beforehand to know what to expect. After that, I had a meeting with two Development Directors via Microsoft Teams video. Oddly, they kept their cameras off the whole time, which felt really awkward and unprofessional. I didn't have the specific development experience they were looking for, but honestly, the interview experience itself made me not want to proceed anyway.
