I did an online personality and aptitude test first. Then, I got an email to schedule a video call for a phone screen with the recruiter. That happened a couple of days after. After that, there was a video call phone screen with the hiring manager. The final stage was an in-person interview with six different people, each for about thirty minutes.

I applied online and a few weeks later got an email to do an online aptitude test. It was like SAT prep, with questions like "which of these doesn't belong", basic math, logic, and similes. I think it was 45 questions in 15 minutes, but I might be off. After that, a Senior Recruiter contacted me for a video chat where I had to retake the test while they watched remotely, which was weird. I passed the second time and then had two phone calls, one with the hiring manager and one with the VP of product. When those went well, I went to the office for an in-person interview with the same people. I really liked meeting everyone and felt good about it. A few days later, the Senior Recruiter called with good news – an offer! Then it got bad. The recruiter and I stayed in touch for 5-6 weeks. He kept saying the offer was ready, just needed "1 more signature", but it never came. He stopped responding to my emails and calls, and I never got an explanation. *UPDATE*: Vertafore contacted me, explained the offer was delayed and then dropped due to a management restructuring, apologized for the experience, and said I'm still in good standing.

So first, there were two assessments that took about 35 minutes total. One was like a personality test, and the other was a UCAT, which is a cognitive assessment.
