Went through an aptitude test, a personal test, a telephone interview, and a video interview. The job description was completely different from the actual job responsibilities outlined by the hiring manager. Different job skills were required. All of the job requirements were not clearly noted.

The first step was a recruiter call where we talked about my general strengths and my desired salary range. Then I had a second interview, a phone interview with a director and manager. They dove deep into my consulting background, making sure it fit the job requirements. The questions were super relevant, like they really studied my resume. It was a bit technical, but they were mostly focused on how I approach things from a consulting standpoint.

The application process itself was straightforward. However, it took a while to get the first interview. After that, there were five phone interviews, followed by in-person interviews, and a 30-minute presentation. I put a lot of effort into preparing and interviewing, so I was really disappointed they didn't follow up afterward. I'd recommend Applied Systems; they seem to have more class.
