Sales Associate
It went well overall, felt happy and fun, though a bit disorganized at times since it's retail. Sometimes communication about when to come in and why was unclear, or I might have misunderstood. I came in about 3 times for different tasks or paperwork. Not always the same manager, usually a co-manager. The corporate stuff and paperwork felt tedious, they stressed everything needed to be filled out perfectly or they'd lose points. I was told to put someone else down as manager since I couldn't list myself as a previous business owner. I had to list my top employees as managers, which felt ethically iffy because they weren't actual managers. Lots and lots of paperwork, no detail missed.
