The interview process was pretty fast and easy. First, I spoke with the hiring manager. Then, I had a second interview with both the hiring manager and the CEO. They asked a lot of technical questions about social media platforms and software.

I sent in my application online. The job posting caught my eye and even though I wasn't local, I figured I'd apply to learn more about the field. They responded and managed the process within the stated timelines, and it was pretty clear what was happening (like, when one interviewer had to be out of town after our chat, both she and the other interviewer let me know separately). I had a screening chat and then an interview with the actual team. Both chats were good, talking about the company, the field, the specific job, how the team works, what areas the role would cover, and so on. We did some light chat about the weather, which is relevant because although the job was listed as hybrid, they were also talking to remote candidates who'd need to travel sometimes. Nothing tricky or unexpected came up. I didn't get to the next stage after the second interview, but again, the team was quick to let me know (and it was when they said it would be). While I wasn't super excited about the position, I would have accepted if I'd moved forward (though some reviews I saw gave me pause, and I did have some doubts after learning a bit more about the role's history). Still, no major red flags, and if it had gotten to an offer stage, I would have definitely considered it. Overall, it was a decent experience, and the people I spoke with seemed really nice.

It was awful. Worst experience I've ever had. They drag you along and waste your time for months. I'm guessing they just don't have an organized hiring process. I think they should implement an actual process so they don't lose good candidates because of the strenuous and dragged-out process of the interview.

The interview process was varied, with a panel of 5 members. There were two rounds in total, and the final round included a presentation. The hiring team and interview panel provided good communication about the next steps. I highly recommend this to everyone.
