The conversation went well. Questions were as expected, not too deep. Relaxed chat about expectations. But no clear communication. During the chat, it was said that feedback would be given quickly, as the process was already quite advanced. However, this was not followed through; the rejection came after the publicly announced date for the assessment center. This seemed very unprofessional.

Zuerst gab es ein Gespräch mit der Abteilungsleitung. Nachdem sie meine Bewerbungsunterlagen erhalten hatten, gab es ein zweites Gespräch. Danach fand eine Video-Vorstellung statt, bei der ich mich mehreren Personen vorstellen musste. Zum Schluss wurden dann noch Gehaltsverhandlungen mit der Personalabteilung und der Abteilungsleitung geführt.
