Behavioral

I had a recruiter screen where they asked some behavioral questions to see how my experience fit the role. They said I'd hear back in 24 hours, but I never did, even after following up. The recruiter sounded really unenthusiastic, sighing a lot. It would have been better to just be told I wasn't moving forward.

Behavioral Technical

It was way too short, just 30 minutes. They spent too much time talking about the company and not enough time about me. It was polite but super rushed. Honestly, it felt like they were just trying to get through candidates quickly rather than focusing on quality or finding a good fit. They were really focused on strategy and seemed to disregard the 'getting stuff done' part. They also seemed to favor MBAs and showed a clear bias against non-MBAs. They said my experience in IOT and transportation tech wasn't important, and it felt like they weren't interested in my background in other industries. The interviewer was polite but didn't seem genuinely interested in hiring me or even talking to me.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a really solid and detailed interview process, took place over a month with phone and video calls. I talked with the recruiter, my potential manager, other managers at my level, the head of the department (SVP), and the GM. There was also a presentation I gave to the hiring manager.
