First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Veros Credit.
Account Servicing Administrator
You'll have an interview with 2 people who want to get to know you and your previous job experiences. They'll explain the job duties and responsibilities. They'll then compare how your past roles align with the job you applied for.
- Tell me about your past job experiences.
- What are your weaknesses?
Collections Specialist
The interview process was unstructured, with mostly personal questions and a lot of flirting, none of which was related to the role. The advice given was to just smile and be cute, and it would be okay. The supervisor was more interested in talking about his own achievements than the candidate's.
- What are your weekend activities for fun?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was really organized and they got back to me quickly. I chatted with the two supervisors for the department, and they made me feel pretty relaxed right away. They were good about answering everything I asked about the job and what I'd be doing. I knew what was expected of me coming in because they laid it all out during the interview. Then, HR hit me up to answer some other questions I had about vacation time and stuff like benefits.
- Can you describe your experience related to this job?
- How would you approach a challenging customer situation?
Collector
Applied on the website and took a few weeks to hear back. Got a call from HR but they couldn't answer questions about OT, salary, or bonuses. The interview was 3 hours long with 3 different supervisors. They mostly talked about themselves and didn't ask many questions about me. All of this was for $14/hour.
- Are you able to work weekends and overtime if necessary?
- Are you familiar with the FDCPA?
