It started with a phone screen, then I met with the engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing teams. They decided pretty fast. HR at Vero is kind of in and out, and they didn't have anyone in HR when I interviewed, so the hiring manager handled my offer.

After that, there's an interview with four different VPs from the company. The final interview is with the CEO.
