First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vero Biotech.
Manufacturing Engineer
It started with a phone screen, then I met with the engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing teams. They decided pretty fast. HR at Vero is kind of in and out, and they didn't have anyone in HR when I interviewed, so the hiring manager handled my offer.
- Can you discuss your previous experiences and how they align with the requirements of this position?
Intern
It was a 2 step interview process. The first step was a phone call, and the second step was an on-site interview. They asked me about my experience. I also had to prepare a thorough presentation. They gave me a tour and explained their delivery systems.
- Why are you interested in Vero?
- Can you tell me about your resume?
Production Technician
I talked to four people: the Production Manager, Supervisor, Lead Technician, and an HR rep. Then I got a tour of the place and a technician showed me what the job would be like.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Can you work extra hours if needed?
- What are your main strengths?
Director
It's a four-step interview process, and they do take their time to get back to you. It starts with a recruiter call, then you meet with one of the board members. After that, there's an interview with four different VPs from the company. The final interview is with the CEO. The entire process, from the first interview to getting the offer letter, took about 6 weeks.
- Tell me about your experience in your current job.
