Started with a recruiter call, then an online behavioral test. We had to analyze some project docs and then write a kickoff presentation in an hour, which we also had to deliver. After that, there were two more interviews with practice leads. The whole thing took a week and everyone was super nice.

Ghosting a candidate after they take time-off from work to come in for an in-person interview is rude and unprofessional. It's been almost a month since I went in for an interview and I've heard nothing since then. Communication throughout the interview process was very poor and each time I was told I'd hear back by a certain date, that date came and went without me being contacted. I applied online and was contacted the next day to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very quick. Afterwards, I was asked to take a PI test and then was told I'd hear back by the following Monday. A week later, I was finally contacted about setting up an in-person interview. The location of the office is....not great. For anyone who knows South Boston, Verndale is located closer to the Dorchester side of Southie, about a ten minute walk from Andrew Station. There's not much around aside from warehouses and some run-down businesses and bars, so if you're a T commuter or want to have places to eat nearby, be warned. The information I was given upon entering the building turned out to be incorrect. I was told to use the elevator, which was not working, and no one was at the front desk for the ten minutes I tried buzzing upstairs. It's a good thing I was there early. The office was pretty empty and dark when I finally got up there. The actual interviews were fine, though the second person I met with asked a lot of technical questions - even after saying that it's not a technical position, but he wanted to know my answers anyway. That didn't give off the best impression, to be honest - why do you need to ask specific technical questions once you've already assured me I wouldn't need to know this as part of the job? Afterwards, I was told I'd hear back by Monday (I interviewed on a Thursday). Almost a month later and I still haven't heard anything. If a company isn't interested in pursuing me as a candidate, I'd rather they send a short email saying they're going in a different direction instead of ignoring me.

Applied online, got an email confirmation, then an email to schedule a phone interview. I also did a personality test. The HR person called me and we had a good chat. She let me know I'd talk to a hiring manager next, but then I got an email saying I didn't get the job.
