I had a behavioral video interview and then got invited to a superday. The recruiter who called me was pretty rude and uninterested. At the office, we got lunch and a facility tour after the interviews. I had a good amount of time to chat with other interns. Everyone seemed nice, but the interview questions were all over the place in terms of difficulty and type. Some people got really basic questions, like how to use modulus in Java, while others got super hard dynamic programming problems. I felt that was unfair. There were also a lot of standard behavioral questions, brain teasers, and the technical ones. It felt like they already had favorites picked out and made it easy for them. If they really want you, they pretty much tell you. If you made it to the end but aren't a favorite, you have to work extra hard to get a chance. It seemed like a fun place to work with nice people, though.

Interview for .NET SSE contract. There were only two rounds, a technical one and a culture fit one. Both were with non-technical people, engineering managers specifically. They seemed nice at first. They mentioned the system uses a microservice architecture and has a roadmap for AI/ML, but it seems this wasn't true. So, be skeptical and ask to talk to the team manager.

There were a couple of calls before the final in-person interview. Both of those calls were for checking my fit with the company, I think. The final interview was also about checking my fit and wasn't technical at all. The interviewer asked me about technologies I've used and projects I've completed, but it was a really casual chat. They made me feel super comfortable talking.
