It was a quick and simple process. I only had two Zoom interviews, and each was only 30 minutes long. I didn't realize the second interview was the final one until it was over.

It was a pretty simple interview process. Since it was during COVID, everything was done online. I first had a phone chat with the recruiter who reached out to me. She asked me some basic stuff about my background and education, and then told me about the company. After that, I had another interview, this time a video call with two senior engineers. They asked me behavioral questions and about my past jobs. It was really relaxed, and everyone was nice. Nothing too technical or tricky. Just be ready to talk about your resume and answer common behavioral questions, and you should be good.

So I applied and then a recruiter hit me up and passed my resume along to Verista. Pretty soon after, I jumped on a Zoom call with two experienced Verista folks. It was cool that I got to chat with people who would actually be my coworkers/supervisors super fast, rather than a hiring manager or something.
