The whole process took about 2 weeks. They reached out after I met them at a college career fair to set up a phone screen. The first interview was pretty easy and lasted about 20 minutes, mostly asking about my personality. About a week after that, they invited me for an onsite interview with one of the lead programmers. We chatted about the company for about 10 minutes, and the interviewers were really friendly. Then, they asked a mix of behavioral and logical questions.
