Technical Consultant
The hiring process started with an HR interview, followed by an offline technical and English test. Then there was a user interview which included a technical test on Java fundamentals and a discussion about your answers from the previous offline test. The HR interviewer asked about my work experience, and the technical test covered queries, offline coding like basic algorithms you might encounter in college, and an English test similar to TOEFL.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- What is your understanding of Java fundamentals?
- Could you present your solution to the case study?
Consultant
The whole interview process was pretty good. I got to meet and talk with the local management about the job responsibilities and what they expect from the role. They also asked me some questions that were directly related to the job and the projects involved.
- How would you assist a client facing challenges with end-customer retention, specifically from a data standpoint?
Technical Consultant
So first, we had this technical written test. It covered English and Software Engineering stuff, like coding, web development, Java, and testing. Then there was an HR Interview where they asked motivation questions like what are your plans, what do you know about this job, what have you done before, and if you have any questions about the company. Lastly, there was a User Interview, which also included motivation questions, background checks, and a whiteboard test.
- Could you explain how to find the area for different shapes like triangles, squares, and circles?
