So, first I got a rejection email, but then the hiring manager reached out personally, saying that decision might have been hasty and they wanted to chat more. I had a phone call with the hiring manager from Illinois, which lasted about 20 minutes and went pretty well. After that, they wanted me to meet the local manager at the dispensary I applied to, in person. We met at a Starbucks for about 45 minutes, and I talked about why I'm interested in the role, what I know about cannabis, and some of my background in this field. Now I'm just waiting to hear back from the hiring manager about what's next. Still waiting to see if it's an offer or another denial.

I applied to Pharmacannis near the end of January. About a week into February, I got an invite for a phone interview. They said it would take about 30 minutes, but it wrapped up pretty fast after they asked me just a couple of things about my past work. The interviewer mentioned they'd chat with the hiring manager early the next week and that we'd connect again to set up the next step. But, I never heard back from Pharmacannis after that.

I had my first interview on google meets and it was super chill, like talking to a friend. Then I got the green light for a second interview, also on google meets. The questions were pretty straightforward if you've done customer service before. After that second one, I got offered the Budtender job! It was a good experience overall and I'm stoked to start.

I was offered a job and pushed to start immediately. I quit my old job for this new one, but then PharmaCannis took back the offer before I even started. They said they needed to focus on other projects right now instead of this role. They told me I could reapply later. Basically, they offered me a job, rushed me to start, but then rescinded the offer after I had already quit my job.
