Technical Recruiter
First, they asked general questions about me and my career goals. Then, they inquired about my knowledge of the position I applied for. They also asked what motivates me and about my previous experience in this role.
- What 3 words would your prior/current boss use to describe you?
Sales
You'll be following up on new leads from marketing or customer requests in a timely manner. You'll create plans to develop your territory, build relationships, and find opportunities. You need to research accounts, find the main people, get them interested, and understand their business needs. You'll keep forecasts updated and give reports to sales management on your activities and projects. It's important to learn about competitors to highlight our strengths. You'll use Salesforce.com to keep track of leads, opportunities, and accounts. The goal is to hit or beat your sales targets. You'll get repeat business and referrals by understanding what customers need. You'll build relationships by cold calling, emailing leads, doing demos, and signing agreements.

Cable Technician
Had some initial calls to set up a video conference since their main headquarters is a state away. During the video conference, the interviewer spent a lot of time explaining the company structure and how employment with the company would work. The second part of the interview was mainly just a personality test to see what sort of worker you are.

Payroll Specialist
The managers seemed really fake, trying to convince me it's a great place to work. After I got the offer, management pulled it back and then decided to reoffer. That felt like a red flag.
