I spoke with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then the team. It was a great way to get a feel for the team's culture and how they work together. I really appreciate it when interviewers are friendly; it makes it easier to be yourself. The hiring team definitely created that kind of atmosphere.

It was a pretty standard interview with the usual questions. They kept it conversational, which was nice, but there were some slightly passive-aggressive comments thrown in, which I didn't think was very professional. Also, if you say you'll get back to a candidate, you need to actually follow up! Candidates are exploring other options and need to plan their next steps based on what they feel is the best fit.

It was a phone interview and then a face to face interview. I had to take a typing test and answer about 15 questions. After the face to face, they gave me a saliva drug test and offered me the job right then and there, no waiting! Just stay positive and be yourself!
