The interview was a good and friendly experience. They inquired about my typing speed and administered a standard typing test. Overall, the interaction with the hiring team and management was positive.

The process was super fast and nice. You go in, then into the conference room, and talk with the department manager. The room has serious lighting, with a spotlight on you and the interviewer. They ask you questions and to explain your resume if you bring it. They might ask some slightly personal questions about your future, college, major, or life plans. They want to figure out if you'll stick around for a while. This can influence whether they put you in customer service or just order processing. After you finish, they show you out and you should expect a call within a day to a week.

Got an email asking me to fill out some questions about my typing speed, ideal work hours, and salary expectations. Then I had an in-person interview where I did a quick typing test. They also asked about my customer interaction experience and my technical and personal skills. The manager was really friendly and easy to talk to, so just be yourself and show your enthusiasm for the role.
