Sales
It was easy and straightforward, long but very detailed with all the team members. It was an all-day thing, and I enjoyed meeting with staff of all backgrounds and professions. It was very easy and simple to answer the questions and receive feedback.
- What is your motivation for this position?
Intern
I had a phone interview with HR first, and then a panel interview with the department I was applying to. They just asked me about my experiences to see if I was interested and would be a good fit. It was a very simple and pleasant experience with no technical questions.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Excel and similar systems?
- What would you consider to be one of your weaknesses?
Financial Reporting
The interview process felt really intense, almost like interviewing for the FBI. They presented their company as incredibly great. The people I interviewed with seemed to have ego issues, making me feel inadequate and like I could never work there because of how amazing they are. I've heard that if management knows someone at your current company, they'll call them to find out about you, disregarding confidentiality. They're completely unprofessional.
- General interview questions were asked, and they mostly talked about themselves.
Accountant
The interview process was easy and I was offered the job on the spot. The hiring manager asked about my professional experience and how it relates to this role. The whole interview was structured in three steps.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
