The hiring process moved pretty quickly, involving interviews with three individuals. However, if I had researched the company on Glassdoor beforehand, I would have reconsidered applying, as all the negative reviews are indeed accurate.

The interview was kinda messed up in my opinion. They put all the candidates together at one conference table and the managers were sitting around the room. One manager would ask questions and then go around the table for each person to answer. I wasn't expecting that. Candidates should be told about the interview and the job details beforehand. I felt the job description wasn't what the role was actually about. They asked about 6 basic questions and then each person did an Excel skills test. I figured out enough in the interview to know I didn't want to keep going with the hiring process.

The CEO was really late for the interview. She mentioned she'd fire people for small mistakes without even talking about it. The wage offer was low. I talked to some current employees and they seemed unhappy and like they were tired of being intimidated by management.
