The interview process was drawn out and took a long time to get to an offer, even with multiple interview rounds. It could have been smoother. HR was good with communication though.

I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted about a week later to set up an interview. The interview day arrived, but I never received a call, nor any email explaining why. I did see that an employee from the company viewed my profile. As much as it bothers me, all the data points to one conclusion for the missed call: I'm a Black male. I'm sure the excuse will be the usual after I meet all technical requirements... 'just not a cultural fit.' Meaning, no Black people. Regardless, this is an extremely unprofessional company, and the 1-2 star reviews definitely reflect the actual 'culture' there.

The job wasn't what was advertised. I thought it was for a Product Manager role, involving collaboration with territory reps and education. However, it turned out to be an inside job focused on 'stick counting'. I'm more of an outside-facing person.
