I've interviewed here a couple of times. The 30 minute hiring manager interview both times included rushed technical questions, leaving very little time for talking about myself. The second time I interviewed, I included mentions of my past experience while discussing answers to technical questions. The interviewer told me "if we- WHEN we talk again I'd like to hear more about your experience." And then the next day rejected me saying that my answers were long-winded. Both experiences were pretty mediocre as an interviewee.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process. First, a phone call with the recruiter, who seemed distracted or bored. Then, a more engaging phone interview with the VP of Sales. After that, I was brought in for in-person interviews with various people. A couple of weeks later, they contacted me saying they had found someone with specific industry experience, which I later learned wasn't true as they were still looking. I wasn't too concerned about getting the job anyway because of some red flags and the long commute. It just struck me as odd why they would lie about finding another candidate when they could have simply said they were pursuing other options.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with a phone call with HR, who was friendly and knew a lot about the job. They asked about my background and experience, and answered my questions well. After about ten days, I went in person for the next step. I met with the HR person again, my potential manager, and her manager. Each meeting was half an hour. The HR person gave me a tour of the facility, showing me the products and how they're used. We then talked more in a conference room about what I learned and about my motivation and experience. The other two meetings were also in the conference room and felt very welcoming. The Director of Marketing Communications explained the whole content localization lifecycle, the current process, and future needs. They asked why I was interested, about my experience, and my motivation, and answered my questions thoroughly. The Manager of Technical Communications went into more detail about the localization process, the tools used, and areas where a Localization PM could improve things. They also asked about my localization experience and past responsibilities, and answered my questions in detail.
