The interview process was smooth and professional. The initial screening round was straightforward, followed by a QA Manager interview which took quite some time to schedule. The discussion with the QA Manager went very well — it was detailed, technical, and relevant to the role. However, despite a positive interaction and strong alignment with the position, my profile was not considered further. Overall, it was a good experience and the interviewer was very professional and polite.

The interview process started with a 1-hour phone screen with talent acquisition, followed by a 1-hour basic technical programming screen in C#. Then there was a 3-hour block that included an in-depth technical interview with two principal engineers, a leadership/soft skills chat with two senior managers, and a meeting with the hiring director. After a week of silence, I received a form rejection email when I followed up. The interview itself was pretty good overall, though I'm marking it as difficult because not everyone can handle both deep technical dives and strong communication/leadership skills. I'm bummed about not getting an offer, but I did enjoy talking about the role's requirements with everyone I met. They represented Veradigm well, except for the ghosting and form rejection at the end.

Resume shortlisting was followed by an HR call, then an assessment, a panel interview, a group discussion (GD), and finally an in-office interview. The interview process overall was good; the HR was easy to communicate with, and the panel members were very supportive, even offering good feedback.

It started with a quick recruiter call where I barely had time to introduce myself. Then, a panel interview with the director and two direct reports went well, and I was told I'd proceed. Next, I spoke with the Enterprise Sales Leader who was late and mentioned their main worry about CSMs is a lack of healthcare experience, which I don't have. He dominated the conversation, leaving me only a few minutes to speak at the end. After a week of no response to my email to the recruiter, I emailed the director who said offers were coming soon and I'd get an update. Two weeks later, after multiple unanswered emails to both the director and recruiters, I emailed the director one last time for clarity and was informed they'd moved on with other candidates. While I get that, the lack of transparency was frustrating; candidates should know their status. It was a total mess.
