I’m so frustrated, never in my life I had a worse interview process. Coming from a company that claims to be based on respect, honesty care and responsibility (as stated in their values) they treated me horrible. I applied to the remote health coach position and I stated in my resume that I was from another country, in the briefing I was sent when contacted by email they stated I could work “from any location of my choice” I was first contacted by email requesting to download an app for the interview process, I did and scheduled an interview two days after that, the day came and I was really nervous as this was a position I really been working to get, but I was confident because I knew my passion for the job was going to get me there or I thought so. The interview started without even saying hello or good morning, and proceed to ask me where I was located, I then answered and I had no other response, I was left completely unaware of what was going on, I didn’t know if the interview was over o no, I asked many times and send several emails to the recruiter as I didn’t know if the connection was lost or what to do, I spent over two hours trying to get in touch without any luck. As a person looking for a job, of course you understand when the job is not right for you and the company decides to move forward with someone else, but the courtesy should be to a least thank for the time and say we will not be moving forward, not ending the conversation leaving hopeful people thinking what happen and not knowing what to do next or if at least the process is over, has some decency, honesty and care for the people who take time to prepare for a job like this, because the only thing that I get from this experience is that this company is a joke and have no principles or values and does not deserve people's time or effort.

I applied online on 8/20 and got an email about an interview on 9/4. The recruiter never actually called me. I tried to reschedule via email but only heard back 3 weeks later. I had my interview with the recruiter and was supposed to have a phone interview with someone higher up. I confirmed the interview time the day before, but on the day of, I didn't get a call. When I checked my application again, all the interview details were gone. Today, my application says I was not selected. My problem isn't not being chosen, it's that they could have at least had the decency to tell me they were canceling my interview, but they didn't. I guess I dodged a bullet though, because if this is how they treat potential employees, I can't imagine how they treat current ones.

I applied online for an interview as a Health Coach. The recruiter asked me to answer a few questions about Health Coaching, which seemed a bit basic. After I submitted my answers, we scheduled a 30-minute phone interview. I was excited to interview because I'd been following the company's growth, but the position I applied for disappeared from their website a week before the interview, and a PT position took its place. New staff names also appeared for that location. It felt like they might have already hired someone and were just going through the motions with me. The recruiter mentioned they were finalizing a candidate for my position right before our scheduled interview and asked if I'd be interested in the PT role instead. This didn't make sense, especially considering the distance. I then asked about a similar, newly listed position in Oregon, but they said it was for next year. I was confused why they hadn't interviewed me for the original role, given the timeline, and felt it was odd to wait so long for an interview only to be told they'd essentially already filled the position. I'm disheartened by the unprofessional candidate experience, though I wish them well.

I sent in my resume online, then had a phone screen. An interview was set up within a week. I interviewed with the Chief Nursing Officer, a Physician, and the HR Director. It went smoothly. They talked about the new venture and the company. I got to ask clarifying questions and I asked all the questions I had prepared. They answered all of them.
