The application and interview process involved two main stages, starting with a phone call and followed by an in-person meeting. In addition to the interviews, I was asked to complete a basic Excel test. They were pretty quick getting back to me and made the whole thing pretty easy.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved three rounds. I also spent two days completing a 'demo' where I had to use their products to write reviews. After submitting the work, I was ghosted. I never heard back from the company again, despite sending eight emails and leaving five voicemails. They took over a month of my time throughout the entire process and then never contacted me again.

Applying to Venus multiple times was tough but persistence paid off. After finally getting an interview, I first had a brief phone chat with HR/a Venus Recruiter. Then, I was called in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. We mainly discussed my background and I did a short test related to my experience, which was straightforward as long as you're upfront about your abilities.
