The interview process was really intense and quick, but the interviews were excellent. They asked a lot of in-depth questions about neural networks, ML, and AI algorithms and the theory behind them. I went through 3 separate detailed verbal interviews and also had to complete an anomaly detection project. Even the questions the recruiter asked were technical and right on point. If you're applying for AI/ML jobs, you really need to grasp the basic fundamentals of how the algorithms work.

So for hiring, it's like a few steps. First, we gotta write up what the job is, then put it out there. After that, we set up times for people to chat with us. Then, there's like a first chat, and then the main interview where you come in. We'll get back to you after that, and then hopefully make an offer.

Got the job through Aerotek, a great staffing agency that's friendly and helpful. The process involved calls to set up an interview, emailing my resume, testing, a drug screen, and a background check. I had to bring identification for orientation. They called to check in on how the assignment was going and offered support if any problems arose. They have excellent benefits and sometimes meet you at job sites or bring lunch.

I had two interviews, one with the manager and another with an engineer. They asked me some technical questions and questions about my experience. Nothing too hard though. They also told me about the job and what I'd be doing.
