It was 3 separate interviews, just conversation with 3 levels of management. No mock presentation was required. There were some negotiations which were met in the middle and I accepted the offer. Overall it was a smooth and simple interview process, didn’t feel uptight or too serious, was more about experience and also connection.

Principal Consultant
I applied for positions and was contacted by recruiters. They were friendly and made me feel like a good fit. They would call to get my info and talk about the company, which is in a nice building. But then they got unprofessional, stopped replying to emails, and didn't follow up like they promised. I was ghosted a lot, making me think the company might be a scam because promising a callback and not doing it is unacceptable.

Client Relationship Manager
The recruiter called me first to ask some initial questions. Then I had a meeting with a lead member of the team, followed by another meeting with a senior lead member. The recruiter was really helpful throughout. My first interview went well, and I got moved to the second interview. Honestly, from the moment the virtual meeting started, I felt like the interviewer wasn't really into me or the interview. Her attitude was weird, and it felt like we were just going through the motions.
