The interview was in person and consisted mostly of behavioral questions. They also asked why I'm interested in the company and M&A, and what I enjoyed most about my past experiences.

I interviewed with the head of the quant department and we moved to the next step on a different day where I interviewed with two other team members that report to him. Interview with head was pretty good and he explained what to expect in the role and the interview process.

Behavioral Technical

Had an initial 30-minute video chat with Talent Acquisition. It was more like a Q&A session, not really a chat, focused on skills over culture. The TA person seemed a bit unclear about the role itself, which involves assisting Comp and Payroll and some Workday project management, even though it's labeled entry-level and not a deep technical HRIS or HR Ops job.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • In what company areas would you implement innovations?
  • Describe a time you made an error and the lessons you took away from it.
  • Can you share your experience with Workday?
