Career Advisor
They were really quick to get back to me and moved things along fast between interviews. I enjoyed talking to the recruiter and the hiring managers. It was one of the most detailed and engaging interview processes I've gone through. I'm excited to join!

Director of People Operations
Applied via Lever. Application had extra questions, which was annoying. Then a lot of back and forth with a recruiter to schedule. Scheduled a 30-minute call, but it only lasted 20 minutes because their compensation range was ridiculously low. The recruiter argued that comp ranges differ between startups and large companies. Duh, and their number is laughable even compared to other startups. They're $50k-100k under market and there's no additional compensation besides base and equity. Seems like the recruiter and company are a joke.

Director of People Operations
Applied online and then had a recruiter pre-screen call. Next was a f2f or virtual interview, followed by an assessment. The final round was an executive f2f. The whole thing took about 2 weeks to get to the second level. Interviewed with someone who seemed to have a general idea of what they wanted the position to be, but didn't really grasp what the job actually entails. My questions were more challenging than theirs, and they struggled to answer clearly. Based on my research and our chat, it's clear they don't have an inclusive culture. The pay is way below industry average because they only focus on millennials and zoomers (Gen Z). Plus, there are no people of color in leadership roles according to LinkedIn, which really makes me doubt this company.

Sales Development Representative
The career advisor contacted me to set up an interview with her colleague. Unfortunately, her colleague had to reschedule twice, and communication was slow. Her approach made me feel like this company was disorganized. I wasn't impressed with her management abilities. Definitely a red flag.
