Case Case

The process was very complex and not well-structured. Some people who were supposed to be there didn't show up. It had 3 steps, with 2 in person. The second step involved a business case, and the third was a repetition of the second, which was a bit unclear to be honest.

The first interview was with the Project Manager and a Team Member, where they went over job specifics, introduced the company and team, and asked about my skills, education, and motivation. The second interview was with the Project Manager and Director, focusing on the role in more detail, and included questions about motivation, team management, soft skills, and my psychological profile.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really professional and upfront. There were two rounds in total, the first one was online and the second one was in person where I had to do a small task and give a presentation. They provided good feedback and kept me updated before and after the interviews. I found it quite difficult because the presentation task was pretty open-ended.
