The interview process was quick and organized. It involved several stages, starting with a phone interview, followed by multiple rounds of interviews, a case study, and concluding with a final discussion about the offer. Despite the number of steps, the process went smoothly, and they communicated the stages clearly.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was smooth and efficient. I talked to a few people from the team and felt like the process was personal. They asked thoughtful questions, and the discussions were engaging. It was clear they were passionate about their work. After the interviews, the recruiter was quick to email me within an hour saying I'd hear back soon about next steps. I felt confident and optimistic. However, after the final interview and the recruiter said I'd hear back soon on next steps, I was left in the dark. I have been completely ghosted for weeks. It was frustrating not to hear anything, and the lack of communication left me disheartened. While I get that delays happen, the lack of follow-up after a good start was disappointing. It's a shame the great impression the team made was overshadowed by the lack of communication afterward.

The interview process took a long time, spanning 6 weeks with multiple interviews and a technical test. Even though I've received positive feedback and am considered a top candidate, there's still no decision. It felt quite cumbersome.

I had a quick interview process. A recruiter called me and was pretty sure I was a good fit after an hour on the phone. Then I had a 45-minute call with the hiring manager. They gave me an answer within 24 hours. Even though the recruiter seemed very confident I would get the job, the hiring manager asked some generic questions for 45 minutes and then decided not to move forward because I only had one year of Azure experience. It seems like a waste of time since that's on my resume. For an account rep, I think the ability to find customers who need your product is more important than internal engineering skills. I would not recommend this role unless you have many years of Azure experience.
