I had an in-person interview that lasted for 2 days. The first day, I was interviewed for about 30 minutes and they asked me some generic questions about my background. The second day was a 2-hour session where I was given an IQ test and then a personality quiz.

The interview process was a bit different. The phone interview had some really out-there questions. Then, the in-person interview felt like they hadn't prepared at all, like the interviewer hadn't even looked at my resume.

I had a couple of phone interviews. First, I spoke with HR for about 40 minutes. It was mostly standard questions, but a few had open-ended answers. They were very nice and easy to talk to. Then, I interviewed with a co-founder who was also friendly and interesting.

Started with a phone interview, then two rounds of on-site interviews. It was fairly conversational and fair. The hiring personnel didn't know too much about the domain, but the senior management was more engaged and exciting to talk to.
