The interview process was really smooth and straightforward, with questions that weren't too tough. Honestly, it was one of the best interviews I've ever had. The company is clearly well-organized, and the HR team was super helpful. Just make sure you're solid on the basics of clinical research processes.

It started with a short phone screen with a recruiter to go over my background, interests, and skills. The next week, I had a quick video interview with another person from the talent acquisition (TA) team who asked about my interest in clinical research and patient recruitment and wanted to learn more about my background. Later that week (three days after the TA video interview), I had a video panel interview with a director and the two hiring managers. They mentioned I would hear back from HR with a decision in about a week. Since Thanksgiving was that week, I waited a bit longer, then reached out to the recruiter for updates, and she said she'd forwarded my email to the interviewers. I never heard back, so I messaged one of the TA interviewers on LinkedIn for an update, and they ghosted me. Even though I really liked the people I spoke with, I was already hesitant due to negative online reviews, and being completely ghosted after three interviews definitely confirmed my impression. I had also applied for other jobs at Velocity, but I withdrew those applications.

I got a cold contact from a recruiter at the company asking me to interview the next day. I responded in 45 minutes saying I was free at one of the times they offered. I also asked, "Could you provide me with more information on this position before we meet? I'm not seeing a listing under that job title on either your company website or LinkedIn page." They didn't reply at all, not to confirm my interview time or to answer my question. The next day, the time came and went without any word from them. A follow-up email also got no response. Very unprofessional!
