I applied through the company's website and got an interview invite a few days later. The interview was a week after that. They showed me around the shop floor and asked about my skills. They also asked if I was okay with working nights and shifts. They said I'd get feedback and hear about the job, but I haven't heard anything even after following up via email, and they said they'd let me know ASAP.

I interviewed with HR from Argentina and Marketing from Chile. It went well. Some things were different when I started working compared to what was discussed in the interview. This was a few years ago but it helped me prepare for my future work.

Drove 9 hours round trip for the interview with no expenses covered. I guess I didn't talk enough about some topics, which is understandable after waking up at 5 am to get to Burnley head office for a 12:30 pm interview. The interview included a presentation and behavioral questions. The assessment questions were only sent 24 hours before.

It was a nice and pleasant interview. The interviewer was correct, we talked about different things and he explained what I hadn't answered. I liked the interview. The recruiter is pleasant and direct. I like that. That's kinda not my role, so the interview was a bit difficult, but nothing too hard.
