The interview process involved an initial conversation with HR, followed by an interview with the VP (Hiring Manager), and concluding with a panel interview with three peers. Communication from the recruiter was initially prompt. However, after three interviews, the company ceased all contact, which was unexpected and unprofessional. An email inquiry for an update received no response, and no formal notification of not being selected was provided. This experience suggests the company is not a suitable workplace.

The interview process included a phone screening and a 3-hour on-site interview. The on-site interview was 3+ hours long and involved meeting with the District Manager. Throughout all stages, I was consistently told how great I would be in the role and how qualified I was. After the District Manager interview, where he mentioned I would advance quickly, communication ceased. They mentioned interviewing other candidates and that a decision would take about a week, but it's been over 3 weeks. The only follow-up was from HQ HR saying no decisions were made. I suspect dishonesty and a potential preference for a younger, female candidate willing to accept less pay.

HR first called me for a phone interview. After that, I met with three other people in person at different locations for subsequent interviews. Overall, the experience was okay. Since I didn't have previous experience in the VEIN medical field, I had to train for the position and study some nights to learn all their terminology, which was quite different from what I was used to. Marketing and sales are also significant aspects of this role.

Five interviews. The whole process was totally disorganized. They would call an hour before and ask if I could come interview. I met with the same people more than once and sometimes had to sit in a room and wait over an hour to be seen for the interview. It took weeks and I would not hear from them for 5 days and then they would call and ask for another interview.
