First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Veeva Systems.
Business Consultant
There were many interview rounds until the final offer, but I only made it through the first two. The first was a 30-45 minute interview with HR, checking if I understood the role and asking strengths-based questions like handling difficult coworkers or balancing multiple priorities. The second interview was with the head of the business consultant development program. He was interested in my motivations for past work experiences and what I learned, as well as why I applied for this specific program. He also asked about my degree since it wasn't obviously related. I didn't move on after this interview, and the feedback was that my motivation for the role wasn't clear enough. Both interviews were good experiences, and the interviewers were kind.

Business Consultant
This was one of the worst interview experiences I've had. The recruiter seemed to misrepresent my background to the interviewer, who appeared disinterested and skeptical about my lack of MedTech experience, despite my extensive healthcare background. The interviewer didn't explain the role's details well. I felt the recruiter didn't prep me enough, rushed the interview, and the interviewer wasn't thrilled. There was a clear disconnect between the recruiter and interviewer, making the process very disorganized. I'm disappointed with how the interview went and my impression of Veeva Systems.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- Could you elaborate on your experience within the MedTech industry?
