Technical Coding System Design

First, there was an HR screening. Then, a 1-hour technical interview that involved coding. I practiced a lot of puzzles and did clash of code on codingGames to prepare, but the actual content was very different. It was heavily focused on software design, specifically in Python, and not so much on algorithms. The algorithm questions were quite easy. I didn't pass this round.

I applied online through linkedin and the process took about 2 months because I didn't see the notifications right away. But the team still had the opening, so it worked out. There were 5 rounds in total. 2 were technical interviews focusing on my experience, and the others were about job fit, why I was interested in the company, and an HR check. It was a really great experience with impressive leaders.

Technical Coding Coding

The interview process included a 1-hour technical discussion focused on my Performance Engineer skillset. Then there was a 3-hour coding test using the JMeter tool. Next, a 1.5-hour session involved a technical discussion about my skills and a coding test with a developer bot. Following that, a 1-hour technical discussion with a Manager about my Performance Engineering experience and skills. After that, a 45-minute technical discussion with a Software Engineer, who seemed to think it might be a Developer role, which included a spontaneous coding test. Another 45-minute technical discussion was held, focusing on Performance Engineering. Finally, there was a 45-minute discussion with a Manager about my skillset and motivation.
