Consultant
First you have an HR interview, they'll go over your resume. Then, there's a take home assignment where you learn to set up their software. After that, you'll have a call to discuss your work and finalize the configuration with them. Lastly, another HR interview will focus on why you're a good fit for the role.

Professional Services Consultant
It's been a month into the interview process and I've been ghosted. I had really high hopes going into this. I seemed like a really good fit and the recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screening the day I applied. The recruiter was very professional and thorough, describing the interview process and giving feedback for moving forward. The interview with the hiring manager took 2 weeks to schedule because of their availability. The hiring manager interview was definitely not my best work, but looking back that was among the worst interviewers I've ever had. They did not want to be there, and they commented they weren't well set up and I could sense their impatience to get the interview over with. Very critical with my resume, asking questions about technologies that weren't included in the job description. I know I let my nerves get the best of me because I've never had an interviewer be so obviously impatient and impersonal. Rushed me through my questions and wanted to end the interview 15 minutes early. It's been 2 weeks since the hiring manager interview and I've followed up with the recruiter twice. Radio silence. I know the plan was to have a project and presentation step that would take a week to prepare, and another interview after that, but I likely wouldn't want to invest another month or more into this process after this experience. Very disappointed as I really admired this company.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered data issues and how you resolved them?
- Could you elaborate on specific metrics from my resume and explain their underlying figures?
Consultant
I recently interviewed for an Associate Consultant position at Veeva, and it was a terrible experience. The job was advertised as fully remote, but the interviewer stated that I had to reside in a specific location, which was not mentioned in the job posting. They also expected me to have no other commitments, such as school or personal projects, essentially demanding complete availability beyond a standard job. This was confusing since a degree is not even required for the role, yet they had such stringent and contradictory expectations. The whole process felt unorganized and deceptive. If you are considering applying, be ready for ambiguous job requirements and a potentially difficult interview process.
- Would you be willing to live in the specified area even though the job is fully remote and no relocation assistance is provided?
