So, there were five parts to the interview process. First, I had an initial chat with the Sales Manager. Then, I talked with the Marketing Director. After that, I had a conversation with a Senior Account Executive. This was followed by a mock discovery call. The final part was a panel interview with the VP, Sales Manager, and an Account Executive.

I had a conversation with the Talent Acquisition Manager. The chat was pleasant and the questions were straightforward. I was informed that they intended to invite me for another discussion with the Hiring Manager. However, the following week, I simply received a generic rejection without any further explanation.

So I got to the last round and then nothing. This whole thing took forever, like 7 interviews, maybe 8 if I got to the last stage. They focused a lot on emotional intelligence stuff, which was weird, and didn't really check if I knew anything about sales or if I could actually do the job. They kept saying they're a 'family' and you should put work before personal stuff, which is a red flag. Meeting times also kept getting way longer than they said, like a 1-hour meeting turned into 4 separate 1-hour meetings. After all 7 interviews, they didn't give me any feedback. It's like, why waste so much of my time and not even tell me what you thought?
