So the whole thing starts with looking at the application, then a quick chat to see if you're a fit. After that, there's a technical test to check your skills, and then a few rounds of interviews where they really dig into your abilities, past experiences, and how well you communicate. They wrap it up with some feedback and then decide who they want to hire.

The hiring process you went through felt pretty organized. First, there was an Aptitude Round to check your reasoning and problem-solving. Then, a Group Discussion likely evaluated your communication and how you work with others. After that, the Technical Round dug into your technical knowledge. Lastly, the HR Round assessed your personality and if you'd be a good fit for the company. All in all, it sounds like a solid and complete process.

Behavioral Presentation Other

I was shuffled around to interview with many people without a clear idea of who I would meet next. I was also told the CEO was in town and cleared my schedule to meet him, but that meeting was unfortunately cancelled. The whole thing took 2 months, and I only met 3 people. It was the worst interview experience I've ever had, and I ended up declining further interviews. The admin/hiring manager needs to create a structured interview process for candidates instead of calling them 30 minutes before an interview and then updating them on the status.
