Started with email exchanges with HR, then a technical interview. A representative from a professional network found me. After they contacted me, I was invited for an interview at their office in Saint Denis. The location itself was a bit grim, situated at the intersection of three major roads, with no nearby shops or housing, and the building was very secure and hard to get into. The interview was with my potential future boss and an HR person. My future boss was great, really smart and friendly, and asked some good, relevant questions. However, I couldn't quite figure out the exact technologies we'd be using daily. At the end, the potential boss suggested more interviews, but the HR person said no. After two weeks of silence, I inquired about my status, and the HR rep sent a standard rejection email with no specific reasons.

I applied for a remote Software Engineer role. The process involved a take-home coding test that I had about 5 days to complete, following specific instructions and using certain technologies. After I submitted the application, I was informed they were moving forward with other candidates, and I didn't receive any feedback on my test. I followed up asking for feedback to understand my shortcomings compared to other applicants, but I never got a response.

It was a moderately difficult interview. You need to have strong communication skills, technical skills that align with the job requirements, and be able to grasp concepts clearly. Also, you should be willing to put in extra effort during onsite hours.
