The whole process with the recruitment team and interviews was super smooth and a great experience. Everything was super clear and detailed, so I didn't need to ask any extra questions. Big thanks to the team, especially Florencia T. and Julia A., who really went the extra mile and worked together to make things happen fast. Even with some challenges, the team guided me through them quickly, and they were all fantastic. Seriously, the team did an amazing job.

First I had a round with HR, they asked me technical questions from a list they had. Then there was a core technical round with someone from Romania. The last round was with the Senior Manager and Team lead. It was a pretty bad experience though. The HR started with salary discussions in the first round, but then they changed their mind about the offer. The Senior Manager and HR tried to trick me with the salary structure, offering a low base salary plus a bonus equal to one month's pay and medical benefits. For anyone interviewing, I'd say make sure you clarify expectations from the start or get it in writing. These people will just waste your time and you'll end up with nothing. Seriously the worst experience.
