I had a phone interview that mostly talked about my resume and experience. The interviewer was super nice and asked me a bunch of questions for about 40 minutes. They said they liked what they saw and that HR would send me an offer. HR sent it within 2 days, and it looked really professional. I thought the offer was pretty good, especially since the job is for Systems Administrator and also Site Lead for the support staff.
