We exchanged a few emails to find a time that worked for both of us and then had some calls to sort things out. My times got mixed up on their end, like AM and PM. I ended up waiting at 9pm EST with no one showing up. I emailed them, and they gave me another time, and we tried again. We finally connected and it went pretty well.
