Everything was in English. First, there were 2 calls with the UK recruiter, who really dug into the CV. The required knowledge is quite extensive, as the tasks are also varied and proactive initiative is expected with a lot of room to maneuver. After that, a 1-hour phone interview with the VP covering market assessment, competition, AdTech, MarTec, Programmatic, DMP, Performance, Affiliate, CPX, UX. Then, a few days later, a presentation of a self-created deck, based on a briefing, in English, in front of a VP from the Tech side and one from the Sales side. The decision deadline was 4 days, and the recruiter gave the green light after 3 days. From the first contact to signing, it was about 14 days.

The processes had 3 stages: online application short phone interview with HR (One day after application) Skype interview with supervisor (2 days after application) 20-minute presentation to supervisor and op. manager about "trends of 2016 and how does Ve fit into that" (8 days after application) For the last part make sure you know what you will be working on in depth! (it really bugged me that there have been some negative reviews here, but it seems that they have been through re-structure since December 2015)

I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview with them. Then I went to the office for an in-person interview. The phone interview was pretty quick and easy, but the in-person one at the office was a pretty uncomfortable experience. It really felt more like an interrogation than a proper interview. I didn't get the job because I was under-qualified, which became pretty obvious early on when my response to something was met with an intense glare.

I first encountered the company at their booth during a Graduate Fair, where I spoke with some of their key people. After chatting with the CEO, I knew I wanted to apply. Because the firm is on the smaller side, I was interviewed by both the Sales Director and the CEO. It was a bit intimidating at first, but since I'd already met the CEO, he actually helped me relax. It was a pretty typical interview, with some challenging questions. I also got to ask them some questions, and their answers were helpful in my decision-making.
