The interview was pretty quick. I met with a few different teams - sales, operations, and executives. I had to do a pitch as the final round. I was able to pitch my previous company.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a pretty in-depth process with several rounds. They basically want you to be prospecting right from the get-go. There are high expectations for vertical knowledge and strategic growth plans. Everyone was friendly, but they definitely have high expectations.

Behavioral Other

The interview was conducted by unprofessional people. The interviewer was giggling while I was answering, which really broke my morale. They seemed more interested in their social media than the interview. When I couldn't answer due to the bad environment, they questioned my degree. I suspect they might have bought their software to boost ratings because, in my experience, this company doesn't deserve its rating. They asked pointless questions just to make fun of me. If you're thinking of joining, it's a big NO NO; my experience was really unhealthy.
