It was a really bad experience. First, I had a phone interview, and then they asked me to come in the next day for an in-person one. I only met with HR and was told to come back another time because the CEO was too busy to see me. It was a complete waste of my time, and they never got back to me.

Behavioral Presentation

I first had a screening call with HR, Lisa, who was great. Then, I interviewed with the manager, followed by upper management. The next step was an interview with the company owner. After that, I stayed in touch with Lisa, and she really impressed me with how much she knew and how attentive she was.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • The questions from upper management focused on flexibility, risk-taking, and travel willingness, seemingly to assess if a candidate is proactive and entrepreneurial, capable of driving business evolution, rather than just being an employee.
  • Were you asked about your flexibility, risk tolerance, and eagerness to travel?
  • Did the interviewers gauge your pro-active, entrepreneurial spirit and potential to help the business grow?

This was a total waste of time. I had one interview, put in a lot of prep and research, and they never even bothered to reply to my emails afterward. They just ghosted me, which is super disrespectful. Honestly, I feel like I dodged a bullet!

We had a group interview with HR and upper management, which was pretty easygoing as they were friendly and talked about how they work and the company culture. After that, I had a one-on-one with my direct supervisor. She was really nice and gave me a small test where I had to check product descriptions for packaging.
