We had several one on one chats with people from the leadership team. The senior folks told us about the company's strategy and goals. They answered all my questions about the company really openly.

Behavioral

I had my interview with 2 people on the same day. It was a really thorough interview and they asked super detailed questions. I got to see a bit of the office while moving between interviews and it seemed like people there were happy. I thought it went well, but I never heard back even after following up. So rude.

Behavioral Technical

Had a few standard questions about what I was doing and what I am looking for, followed by a grilling about how much front-end CSS and scripting I know. They said they want someone to "own" and manage the front end code. This is not a UX position, I quickly realized. They didn't seem to be interested in UX experience or skills.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about your proficiency with CSS and HTML5.
