It was a pretty chill and quick interview, very direct. They actually gave me a chance even though I didn't have any experience before, which was cool. The whole thing was informal and they were really upfront about things. It seems like a decent place to work if you're someone who picks things up fast, doesn't mind working independently, and can motivate yourself.

Hands on experience is important for this role. Try to highlight any technical projects you've worked on. A lot of the questions they ask are more about who you are as a person rather than to test your technical skills. Having a degree from WWU can be a significant advantage.

I was in a small room for a long time, couldn't even use the bathroom which was far away and smelly. Took so many tests but didn't get the job, even though my scores were good. It felt like a waste of time and they took forever, I felt fooled around.

It was easy and straight to the point. A nice interview, very by the book with no room for questions about job requirements. I answered questions with ease, no problems what so ever during the interview process.
